About BoroLife

What We Do

Murfreesboro deserves physical therapy that is personal, intentional, and is truly centered on the individual- not rushed, not shared, and not dictated by insurance limitations.

BoroLife Physical Therapy & Wellness is a cash-based physical therapy practice specializing in one-on-one, individualized care. Every visit is designed to prioritize quality time with the same therapist, ensuring the same consistency, trust, and better outcomes

We focus on restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving quality of life through thoughtful, hands-on treatment tailored to each person's goals.

At BoroLife Physical Therapy & Wellness our mission is to prioritize individualized care, clinical excellence, and meaningful patient relationships. We aim to provide personalized treatment delivered with consistency, attention, and integrity.

Why BoroLife?

"At my clinic, I understand the challenges many patients face when it comes to traditional physical therapy. After spending 25 years in a busy clinic, I saw firsthand how time constraints and insurance limitations hinder the healing process. That's why I've created a practice that prioritizes your needs, allowing for more comprehensive sessions where we can dive deeper into your story and tailor a treatment plan just for you. With this approach, what I can get done in one visit would take 2-3 visits in a traditional PT where your time can be split between multiple therapists and patients. My goal is to make your experience as efficient and supportive as possible, minimizing the burden of frequent appointments, especially for those juggling family and commitments."

- Dr. Cunningham, PT, DPT

With BoroLife, visits can be reduced to as little as once per week while still accomplishing the same goals because of your personal, individualized care coupled with my years of experience as a physical therapist. Not only that but private physical therapy offers:

  • Full access to physical therapist during entirety of the one-on-one treatment

  • Ability to use health savings account payment, cash, credit cards, or checks

  • Initial evaluation session to develop a unique care plan that best suites you

  • Complete privacy and comfort during your session
